But how exactly do you use LumiGlow? Which mode should you choose, and where should you place the patch? Here’s how to use LumiGlow step by step.

What is LumiGlow?

LumiGlow is a compact LED face patch designed for targeted LED skincare. While a traditional LED face mask treats the entire face, LumiGlow can be placed directly on a specific area.

For example:

blemishes around the chin or nose;
the first fine lines around the eyes;
uneven skin tone or visible pigmentation;
areas where the skin looks red, dull or stressed.

Thanks to its heart-shaped design, LumiGlow is also suitable for smaller and harder-to-reach areas of the face, such as around the nose, between the eyebrows and around the outer corners of the eyes.

Each session takes just 5 minutes, making LumiGlow easy to add to your existing skincare routine.

How to use LumiGlow: step by step

Step 1: Start with clean skin

Cleanse your face and make sure your skin is clean and dry before using LumiGlow. This allows you to place the LED patch directly onto your chosen area.

Step 2: Choose the area you want to target

Decide which part of your face needs a little extra attention. LumiGlow is specifically designed to let you tailor your routine to individual areas.

Have a blemish-prone area on your chin? Want to focus on the first fine lines around the outer corners of your eyes? Or give an area of uneven skin tone some extra attention? Simply position LumiGlow exactly where you need it.

Step 3: Attach LumiGlow

Use an adhesive strip to secure LumiGlow to your chosen area. Thanks to its compact design, you don’t need to treat your entire face when only one specific area needs extra attention.

Step 4: Choose the right LED mode

LumiGlow features 3 modes combining a total of 4 different LED wavelengths*. The mode you choose depends on the visible skin concern you want to target.

Step 5: Let LumiGlow work for 5 minutes

Once you’ve selected the right mode, a complete LumiGlow session takes just 5 minutes. This makes targeted LED skincare easy to fit into your daily routine.

After your session, remove LumiGlow and continue with the rest of your usual skincare routine.

Which LumiGlow mode should you use?

Mode 1: for blemishes and imperfections

Blue light: 415 nm + red light: 633 nm

Irradiance: 9.3 mW/cm²

Noticing blemishes or imperfections in a particular area? Mode 1 is designed for this skin concern.

The combination of blue and red LED light helps reduce the appearance of blemishes and imperfections and promotes visibly clearer-looking skin.

Try this mode on:

the chin, around the nose or other areas where blemishes are visible.

Mode 2: for the first fine lines

Red light: 633 nm + near-infrared: 830 nm

Irradiance: 8.5 mW/cm²

Mode 2 combines red and near-infrared light and is designed for areas where the first visible signs of skin ageing begin to appear.

This combination stimulates collagen and elastin production for firmer-looking skin and helps reduce the appearance of the first fine lines.

Try this mode on:

the outer corners of the eyes, between the eyebrows or other areas where fine lines are starting to become visible.

Mode 3: for a more even, radiant-looking complexion

Amber: 605 nm + red: 633 nm + near-infrared: 830 nm

Irradiance: 8.7 mW/cm²

Want to focus on uneven skin tone, visible pigmentation or redness? Choose Mode 3.

The combination of amber, red and near-infrared light helps reduce the appearance of pigmentation and redness, promotes a healthy-looking glow and helps the skin feel calmer and less stressed.

Where can you use LumiGlow on your face?

The heart-shaped design isn’t just an aesthetic choice. Its shape makes LumiGlow suitable for smaller areas of the face where a larger LED device may be less practical.
