• What is Silk'n SilkyAir Trinity?

  SilkyAir Trinity is your ultimate 3-in-1 styling tool. It is a hair straightener that has different modes so it can be used on both wet and dry hair. It transforms wet hair into sleek dry results, but can also operate as a hair dryer or straightener that uses high temperatures. The powerful and concentrated airflow ensures fast styling and the intelligent heat sensor protects from heat damage.

• What is the dry mode for?

  Start with Drying Mode, ideal for wet hair. Choose from four gentle heat settings and three airflow speeds to quickly dry without plates, using only concentrated air.

• What is the wet mode for?

  The wet mode is designed to style damp hair without pre-drying. Heated plates at 110°C and adjustable air temperatures up to 160°C work alongside airflow to dry and style in one go, finishing with cold air to seal the look.

• What is the styling mode for?

  Switch to Styling Mode when you want a sleek, polished look. This mode must only be used on completely dry hair. It functions as a hot straightener. With five heat settings up to 230°C and keratin-infused ceramic plates, you’ll get smooth results with less damage, perfect for straightening or shaping waves with precision.

• What is the benefit of floating plates?

  The floating plates use springs to make them flexible and are able to be tilted in different directions. It will ensure that you able to straighten and curl your hair while maintaining the right tension between the plates needed for your desired hairstyle.

• How do I activate the cool shot button?

  The cool shot function can be activated by pressing down the temperature button.

• How should I use the device?

  When using the device in either the dry mode or the wet mode, should you make sure the air flow is always facing downwards. When using on of the modes, select a temperature and speed setting that suits your hair type. For our advice, please check the user manual.
  
  When using the dry mode it will go on when closing the plates. With the dry mode we recommend to use it as a regular hair dryer by closing the plates and holding device above or next to your head to dry your hair.
  
  When using the wet mode you should place a section of hair between the plates, close the plates and glide down your hair and repeat for each section.
  
  When using the styling mode, it must only be used on fully dried hair as it functions as a regular hot straightener. Make sure the ceramic (shiny) plates are facing upwards when you place a section of hair between the plates. For all modes, choose any desired temperature and speed setting suitable for your hair type.

• Is there a pause detection sensor?

  Yes the SilkyAir Trinity makes styling much easier when using the dry or wet mode. When using these modes and you place the device flat on a table it will blow out less air. Make sure to use the heat resistant mat below when placing the device on a flat surface.

• Is there an automatic shut off?

  Yes, after 30 minutes.

• How long is the cable?

  The cable is 3m long. This allows more freedom of movement.

• Does the SilkyAir Trinity come with any accessoires?

  Yes, there is a heat resistant travel pouch included that you can use to storage your hair straigthener but also use as a heat resistant mat during styling.
